EIGHT STRAIGHT By then, Rinehimer, Vloedman and Brokenshire combined for eight straight points to help build a five point bulge before a few quick Argent baskets and Schuler’s buzzer-beater cut the deficit to 26-23 at the half. Another Mountaineer scoring spree combined with one more Hoban drought allowed Dallds to increase its margin to 35-26 with (fda BOAT SHOW WOOLBERTS OPEN HOUSE BOATS — MOTORS - TRAILERS — ACCESSORIES SPECIAL PRE-SEASON DISCOUNT PRICES MARCH 14-15-16 1 TO 7 P.M. — FEATURING — CENTURY BOATS PONTOON BOATS i CHAMPION BASS E-Z LOADER TRAILERS four minutes gone by in the third. Kim Rinehimer showed excellent skills as she picked up six of her 16 game points in the first period, and both she and Lori Brokenshire helped the Lady Mountaineers to catch up to the Lady Bucks a little before the quarter ended. But it wasn’t enough to edge past Dun- more, who ended the period leading 16-15. Dallas players Karen Vloedman and Joanne Cook brought their team to a one point lead during the second period, but Dunmore’s Becky Pigga tied it up at 21-21 with a point from the foul line. The Lady Bucks commenced their sometimes incredible ball-stealing early in the match. A field goal by Caterina Pugliese came as a result of one of those steals from the hands of Rinehimer, who retaliated with two consecutive goals of her own. The Lady Bucks, however, had already built up a lead that they stretched to ten points by the end of the second period. Dallas trailed at halftime, 47-37. Brokenshire pulled off a fast steal early in the third period, which was followed by a blocked shot from Dallas 15-10 in that period and built up a 15 point lead, 52- 37 by the end of the period. The Dallas defense held the Lady Bucks from scoring until 6:58 and didn’t allow another field goal until 5:40. Dunmore’s Kathy Maguire was frustrated as she tried to score at her goal three times in a row, but she was blocked each time by a Dallas defender.
