Students at Gate of Heaven School
had a wonderful time celebrating
Catholic Schools Week this year.
Highlights of the week included the
shower where balloons containing
the names and school addresses of
the students were released. (The
first balloon return came all the
way from New Jersey. It was John
Kristan’s.)
F A great
talent show
was entertain-
ing and fun.
Students got to
wear regular
clothes on Stu-
dent Apprecia-
tion Day (quite
a treat when
you wear a uni-
form all the
time) and enjoyed the film ‘The
Jungle Book.”
A Valentine’s Day dance for 6th,
7th and 8th grade students held
Friday night provided a nice finale.
