The Luzerne County Fair is offer-
ing a $500 reward to anyone provid-
ing information that will lead to an
arrest and conviction of the person
or persons who stole the quilt and
afghan out of the Arts and Craft
tent at the Luzerne County Fair.
The quilt was handmade by Mrs.
Margaret Fronzoni and had much
sentimental value and also was to
be given to their family as a wed-
ding gift.
If anyone took this by mistake,
please contact Fair Chairman Ray
Hillman at 288-5990 or 287-8250.
Hillman pleads to whoever has
either taken it by mistake or stolen
it to please think about returning it
to the Fronzoni family, for it has
sentimental value to the entire
family. The quilt and the afghan
can be dropped off at the Back
Mountain Medical Center and there
will be no questions asked. It would
be appreciated if it were returned
So no one would have to be prose-
cuted. Otherwise, the Luzerne
County Fair will continue to have
this investigation until someone can
come up with information to help
the Fair and the Fronzoni Family.
Any information can be phoned in
to Ray Hillman, Luzerne County
Fair Chairman at (717) 288-5990 or
(717) 287-8250.
