MORGAN, daughter of Jessica F.
Morgan of 96 Claude St., Dallas,
was graduated from Coast Guard
recruit training.
Morgan attended the eight-week
trianing at the Coast Guard Train-
ing Center, Cape May, N.J. Among
the subjects she studied were first
aid, Coast Guard history and sea-
manship, communications, damage
control firefighting, and physical
conditioning.
A 1985 graduate of Dallas High
School, she joined the Coast. Guard
in December 1984.

HUNSINGER, son of Amos J. and
Helen M. Hunsinger, Ash St., Har-
veys Lake, has retired from active
duty after 21 years of service.
Hunsinger most recently served
instantly applied.

selected as recipients of the 1985-86
Cavalcade of Bands Scholarship at
West Chester University.
The scholarship is sponsored
jointly by the Cavalcade of Bands
Association and the School of Music.
The recipient(s) must be’ admitted
in good standing to the music pro-
gram and is selected by the director
of the winning band(s) ‘in each
category of the American and
Yankee Conferences.
Shonis, the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph W. Shonis, and a graduate of
Lake-Lehman High School is
involved in such activities as the
marching band at West Chester.
