Jedidia’s Restaurant in Dallas is celebrating its second anniversary
this month - two years of serving delicious, homestyle cooked foods
from a full menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Owners Jim and Carol Davis pride themselves on their quality food,
fair prices and good service and vow to serve their patrons even

415, Jedidia’s is one of the few restaurants that serves breakfast any
time of the day or night, including their popular breakfast special
which is available from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., seven days weekly.
The diningroom is cheerful and bright, lending an aura of
friendliness and welcome. The brick walls and deep red leather
upholstered booths are highlighted by the light maple trim. The
wagon wheel chandeliers reflect the beauty of the oil paintings on the
light walls, done by a local artist.
Jim Davis does all of the cooking, spending hours in: the kitchen
daily, preparing mouth-watering soups, salads, entrees and desserts.
He prepares everything from meat loaf to lobster, all good American
Favorites. One of his outstanding specialties is his Oriental entrees as
well as his four or five Italian dishes featured on the menu.

Monday through Saturday, “All You Can Eat” for only $3.45. A
business man or woman can help himself or herself and get in and
out fast.
Customers return many times over for the ‘Sarah Kate Dinner
Buffet”, available Monday through Wednesday, from 4 to 9 p.m., a
feature Jim Davis started 16 months ago, the day his daughter, Sarah
Kae, was born.
There is a dinner special every night, in addition to the regular
menu and hot items are featured on the dinner salad bar. A rare item
found in restaurants these days is real roast turkey, complete with
home-cooked dressing, an entree best described as gourmet whether
or not meant to be.
