Under the court decision (Frank Kuehner, et al. v. Heckler), persons whose disability benefits were stopped under the Social Security or Supplemental Security Income pro- grams on or after June 1, 1976, because they were found to be no longer disabled, may request a new review of their claims as well as benefit reinstatement. Those notices contained information not related to the Penn- sylvania ruling. Affected class members who have already contacted a Social Security office after getting the first notice and requested a new review will not SUBSCRIBE TO THE POST have to contact Social Security again. Pennsylvanians who believe they are affected by the court decision and have not contacted a Social Security office should do so immedi- ately.
