Stavridis told Patrolman James Balavage he lost control of his vehicle when he ‘attempted to pass another car traveling south on 309. His vehicle left 238 feet of skid marks on the highway and had to be towed from the scene. -0- A burglary was reported at the Cedarcrest Cemetery sometime on May 11 or 12 when a yellow John Deere 20” rotark lawn mower was taken from the premises. The mower has a battery charger clamp on the handle and has been valued at $200.00. -0- Mary Ellen Bunney of Valley View Trailer park told Township police that an AM-FM cassette stereo was stolen from her vehicle when the car was left overnight along Route 309. She also reported that damage had resulted to the dash of the 1977 Camaro from removal of the cassette player. The loss has been valued at $500.00.
