DARRELL FARMER, son of
Terry and Linda Farmer of
Lehman. Darrell is president of the
senior class. He also hunts, fishes
and rides motorcycles. After grad-
uation, Darrell will attend college.

Mrs. Richard Ide of Dallas. Teri
works and, in her spare time, swims
and listens to music. Her future
plans include becoming a medical
secretary.

Ronald and Maureen Gosart of Har-
veys Lake. Lori enjoys roller skat-
ing, going out, and reading. After
high school, Lori shall attend JoMar
Beauty School to become a cosmo-
tologist.

daugher of John and Catherine
Gialanella of Harveys lake. In Mich-
elle’s spare time, she goes out with
friends, and snow and water skis.
Michelle will work at Beltone Hear-
ing Service after completion of high
school.

HL Club
presents
$500 award
Mrs. Bernard Boback, Jr., Educ-
tion Chairman, Harveys Lake
Women’s Service Club, announces
that a club scholarship in the
amount of $500 will be awarded to a
Lake-Lehman High School senior.
The scholarship, an annual club
project, is granted on the basis of
scholastic ability, academic poten-
tial, and apparent need.
Applications may be obtained
from Miss Sylvia Bator, high school
guidance counselor.
Deadline for returning all applica-
tions is April 29.
Mike’s school activities include
wrestling and playing baseball. His
hobbies consist of reading, golfing,
tennis and bowling. After gradua-
tion, Mike will join the service.
ALTHOUGH THE AUDIENCE
WAS SMALLER than expected, the
senior play was a huge success.
Dave Kapitula stole the show as the
lead, while Mike Annetta and Lisa
Bebey turned in strong perform-
ances as the villains. Other actors
and actresses included Sue Dodson,
Skip Thomas, Sabrince Major,
Heather Sorber, Eileen Haines and
Don Buzinkai. Mrs. Lipski and Gail
Thomas directed Mark Twain's “A
Connecticut Yankee in King’s
Arthur Court.”

THE BASEBALL TEAM evened
the record to 2-2 with a come from
behind victory over Bishop Hoban
on Saturday, P.J. Malak went the
distance for the Knights, who won 6-
4.

THE VOLLEYBALL TEAM
remained undefeated by squeezing
out North Pocono 15-11 and 15-13.
Chris Kukosky was the leading
hitter for the Knights.
