Fifteen members of the executive staff of the United Way of Wyoming Valley participated in the two-day workshop based on the management best seller, ‘In Search of Excellence.’’ The workshop was directed by Michael Sawczuk of Penn State’s Management Development Services, and coordinated by James F.
