Mark II Family Restaurants, Inc., owned and operated by Marilyn and Bernard Sult of Shavertown, also maintains restaurants in Wilkes: Barre and Moosic. Just one year ago, Mark II was completely remodeled. Geared for family dining, Mark II opens at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast. The Early Bird Special is a favorite morning choice. Weekends, a hot breakfast buffet and fresh fruit bar are featured. In September, Mark II added gourmet burgers to its list of char- broiled foods.
