On that day at 9:30 a.m., members of the Library Board, fundraising campaign committee, staff and community officials will take part in the official opening of the new library on Huntsville Road in Dallas. . For the past several months as funds were being raised, renovations were being done to the former Dallas Borough Plsmeniary School to transform it into a new modern library. With this move, all library materials will then be housed under one roof and efforts to raise the remaining monies needed to complete the remainder of the project will continue. These funds, if raised, will provide a community room, new auction facilities and additional building renovations. Back Mountain residents who have not already been contacted will be in the near future. During the week of March 11, a phonathon will be conducted in an effort to raise the additional needed monies. Total community $hort is essential to the successful completion of this roject. Pr e public is invited to the ceremony and refresh- ments will be served.
