III, son of Lenore G. and Wayne R.
Rosencrans Jr. of RD 2, Dallas, has
completged one station unit training
(OSUT) at the U.S. Army Infantry
School, Fort Benning, Ga.
Rosencrans was an honor gradu-
ate of the course.
He is a 1984 graduate of Lake-
Lehman High School.

and son, Benjamin, of Mountain
View, California, have returned
home after spending 10 days with
their parents, Mr. and Mrs. William
Jones Sr., of Harveys Lake and Mr.
and Mrs. William Wentz, of Dallas.
MRS. NORMA WRIGHT, Chase
Road, is recuperating at home after
being a surgical patient at Nesbitt
Memorial Hospital, Kingston.
DURWOOD SPLITT of Jackson
Township, has been transferred
from the Wilkes-Barre Veterans
Hospital to the Meadows Nursing
Home, Dallas.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Mr.
and Mrs. Dennis Bonning Sr., of

brated their 40th wedding anniver-
sary on Dec. 17.

MRS. CAROLYN JAMES and
daughter, Lisa, and son Roger of
Oak Hill, Kansas, have returned
aftr vising Mrs. James’ mother,
Mrs. Dorothy Perkins and her
family. The visitors also attended
the funeral of their grandmother
and great-grandmother, Mrs. Doro-
thy Laurence of Ceasetown who
passed away at the age of 101.

and sons have returned to Beacon
Falls, Connecticut. Mr. and Mrs.
King attended the funeral of Mrs.
Dorothy Laurence, who was Mrs.
King’s grandmother and also visited
her mother, Mrs. Dorothy Perkins.

ING of Sutton Road were host and
hostess to the Two-Fold Club dinner
