Brownie troops
visit hospital
Four Dallas Brownie troops
recently participated in the First
Christmas Caroling Festival at Nes-
bitt Memorial Hospital in Kingston.
Participating troops include Troop
650, Mary Kozick and Karyn Wensel
leaders; Troop 637, Mona Hoover
jeader; Troop 654, Karen Ritten-.
house leader; and Troop 649, Shirley
Haas leader.
Each troop had a special carol to
sing and many to sing together
while distributing gifts to the
patients.
The program of caroling and gift-
giving in the community carries the
Girl Scouts’ theme for this year
which is ‘Reaching Wider Still.”
This is in conjunction with the
Scouts’ desire to develop a better
understanding of their community
and to contribute to its betterment.
