WHEREAS, it is desired to
amend the zoning ordinance of
Kingston Township enacted Jan-
vary, 1974, in order to confirm
the action of the Board of
Supervisors of Kingston Town-
ship in which the below-

changed from an OS zone dis-
trict to an R-3 district.

January 1st, 1976; and, in addi-
tion, to those powers vested in
the Township of * Kingston, a
Home Rule entity, not denied to

SECTION 1. The Official
Zoning Map of the Township of
Kingston is hereby amended to
