suggestions for holiday mailing:
WEIGHT: You can ship any pack-
age weighing 150 pounds or less.
SIZE: A package’s dimensions
can be as much as 141” when the
«depth, width and height are added
gether, but no one dimension can
“oe longer than 74 inches.
INSURANCE: The first $100 of
valuation is provided free, addi-
tional insurance up to $1,000 is
available for a small fee.
ARRIVAL TIME: Under 200
miles, same day. Under 500 miles,
overnight. Under 1,000 miles, 24
hours. Coast-to-coast, 72 hours.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY:
Pick-up and delivery service is
offered in over 170 cities nationwide.
An additional fee is charged in most
cases although free pick-up and
delivery is available in many cities.
TERMINAL HOURS: Most Trail-
ways locations are open 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Check hours
locally.
LOCATIONS SERVED: Trailways
package express serves over 6,000
communities and towns nationwide.
WRAPPING TIPS: Use several
smaller containers rather than one
large box as bigger boxes ‘give”
and provide inadequate protection.
Fragile items should be cushioned
with air bubble plastic, styrofoam
sheets or pellets, excelsior, molded
plastic, or specaill designed creped
wadding products. Do not leave any
empty space on the inside of the
boxes but fill ith the recommended
filler material. Newspapers, crum-
quately cushion nor protect fragile
items. Label the box fragile.
Put complete name and address
on the inside of the container, as
well as on the outside.

that once paid for can be shipped
anywhere Trailways goes. The
RediBox costs $11.95 and holds upt
to 75 1bs.
