Commission halts action During the 164th meeting of the Pennsylvania Fish Commission held Oct. 22, the Commission postponed action on a motion that would have established a point system for the purpose of license revocation, denial, or loss of ‘privileges for anglers and boaters in violation of rules and regulations of the Fish and Boat Code. The Commission tabled the motion and requested Commission staff to consider revi- sions in the regulation from its present form. The Commission also approved the following for final adoption: -Provision to establish guidelines for issuing agent to determine bon- afide residents of Pennsylvania. -Prohibition of the use of gasoline- powered generators to power elec- tric motors on Commission-own lakes.
