Andy’s Eagle project was to set up, train and lead the Guide Program for the Window on the World Education Program. Andy was also responsible for registra- tion. Under his leadership 35 scouts and college students regis- tered and guided 300 young people through three Saturday programs. Andy was responsible for the movement of a total of 1,000 young people.
