Most of the 22 million Americans
who suffer from phobias do so
needlessly because they don’t know
that wuick and reliable treatment is
available, Reader’s Digest reports
in its August issue.
A person can have a phobia about
virtually anything: flying, driving,
closed spaces, open spaces, dogs,
bridges, darkness, crowds, fire,
fears and anxieties grip everyone
periodically, a phobic generates
uncontrollable panic when there is
no real danger.
PETITE
DRESSES
Left untreated, victims become
prisoners: of their fears and avoid
situations that might provoke panic.
therapists try to break this strangle-
hold by encouraging their patients
i face their fears in real-life situa."
ions.

help on treatment for phobias, send
