From a class of 49 graduates, 27 were in attendance, 10 are deceased, and 2 could not be located. James Campbell, the class president, emceed the gathering.. Ward Yorks entertained with-an anecdotal history of th class. from its inception through graduation. Each-=lady present was given a silk-white rosebud, symbolic of the class flower, and a Reunion Diploma commemorating 50 years of survival was presented to each graduate. Floral bouquets were awarded to Margaret Gay Piatt, the longest married; Eleanor Parsons Muchler, the largest family; Beatrice Williams Ray, the most grandchildren; Nancy O’Konsky Eisen, traveling the farthest; Dorothy Harter Culverhouse, traveling the shortest distance; and Altheda Langdon Smith, the first reservation received. Classified Deadline Thursday S p.m. Class gathers The Kingston High School Class of 1929 met recently at the Sheraton-Crossgates Hotel in Wilkes-Barre to celebrate their 55th Anniversary Reunion.A total of 71 attended, including 41 classmates, spouses and friends.
