Unico meets :
A recent dinner meeting of the Dallas Chapter of Unico was held at the Castle Inn. Wives of the
Chapter members were guests as well as members and wives of the Wilkes-Barre Chapter.

Committee meets
Wilkes-Barre General Hospital's’ Advisory Committee of the School of Radiologic Technology
recently held its annual re-organization meeting. New members introduced at the meeting had
‘been invited by Thomas Saxton, hospital president, to serve on the committee. The committee
comprises General Hospital staff members who advise the school’s directors on planning,
implementing and maintaining high quality educational programs in General's School of
Radiologic Technology. Pictured above are members of General's Advisory Committee of the

Terry Bonsavage elected ASTD president
The Northeastern Chapter of the
American Society for Training and
Developmenyt (ASTD) recently
elected Terry Bonsavage as Presi-
dent.
Ms. Bonsavage, Director of Train-
ing and Development, Wasserotts,
resides in Huntsville with her
daughter Susan, a senior at Lehman
High School, sons Mark and Daryl,

Nutrition Day held
The Back Mountain Branch of
Mercy Hospital Auxiliary held its
monthly meeting April 10 at Mercy
Center, College Misericordia.
Workshop was in effect from 9
a.m. until noon. After lunch, given
by the nuns, the business meeting
was held and Ms. Julia Willis, head
of Auxiliary Volunteer Services for
the hospital, spoke on the new rules
and regulations that will eventually
effect the Back Mountain Branch.
Plans were finalized for the instal-
lation dinner to be held Tuesday,
May 8, at Castle Inn. Chairman for
the dinner is Mrs. N. Riggi and co-
chairman Mrs. Ken Matchett.
Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday,
June 6 at Mercy Center garage.
Chairman for the sale is Mrs. John
Thompson and co-chairman is Mrs.
Regis Brice.
Anyone interested in joining this
group of dedicated women is asked

The United States Achievement
Academy has announced that Kim-
berly Metzger, daughter of Mr. and v
Mrs. Daniel Metzger, Jr., of Dallas, )
has been named a 1984 United
States National Award winner in
Band.
Kimberly, a ‘student at Dallas
Junior High School, was nominated
for this National Award by Reese
Pelton, band director at the school.
