Members of College Misericordia Flute Ensemble who will par- ticipate in Flute Ensemble Day on Flutists attending junior and senior high school or college are invited to attend-a Flute Ensemble Day at College Misericordia on Saturday, March 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Regina Hall. Participants will play in a large ® focused on the future of health care and efforts being made to control hospital costs. He cited several new programs designed to reduce hospital expenses, such as early discharge, same day discharge, shorter maternity stays, and pre- admission certification. Congratulations . to former Beaumont residents Mr. and Mrs. William G. Downs, now residing at 415 Lafayette St., Hackettstown, N.J. who celebrated their golden wedding anniversary recently. The Downs were both born and raised in Beaumont. They are the parents of three children: Richard, Oxford, N.J.; Lois Anne, at home and William C., Magna, Utah. Mr. Downs was employed by Oxford Textile as an engineer for 26 years. Mrs. Downs was employed by Bach’s Drug and Surgical Store for 20 years.
