Pursuant to Section 707(1) of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, the Secretary of the Dallas School District shall cause to be published a request for sealed bids for the purchase of the aforesaid premises and improvements erected thereon if any, upon the terms and conditions set forth below, in the WILKES-BARRE TIMES LEADER, CITIZENS’ VOICE, THE DALLAS POST and THE LUZERNE LEGAL REGISTER, once a week for three (3) successive weeks and by posting at least two (2) handbills on the premises to be sold and posting at conspicuous places withingthe vicinity of said real estate at least five (5) handbills, commencing in the week of March 12th, 1984. 5. The terms and conditions of the sale of the aforesaid realty are as follows: : a.
