Second-place team Dallas Post/Ed Campbell of Heaven School, Dallas, The North End Catholic girls’ basketball team defeated Gate of Heaven, Dallas, 32-25, Sunday after- noon to win the championship of the First Parent-Teacher Guild Invita- tional Basketball Tournament held at Gate of Heaven School. The winners were led by Robin Klem who scored 16 points while Pam Frostbutter dumped in 13 points for Gate of Heaven in the ~ losing effort. In the consolation game held Sunday afternoon, St. Joseph’s, Hudson, defeated St. Nick’s/St. Mary’s for third place. Gate of Heaven defeated St. Joseph’s, 35-24, in the first round on Saturday behind the scoring of Pam Frostbutter and Jean Stahovec.
