Vehicles entered Three vehicles belonging to work- ers at the Charmin Paper Company were broken into last week while parked along Hillside Road in Trucksville. Albert J. Koch of Plymouth reported to Kingston Township Police, who aré investigating the incident, that $750 in goods includ- ing a tool box and a spare tire were stolen from his vehicle. Charles Janoski of Plymouth esti- mated $250 in damages when the windows of his locked vehicle were smashed. Thomas Skudalski, Connor Street, Pringle reported the theft of $50 worth of tapes from his vehicle. Lenahan charged Edward Lenahan, 70, of West Mt. Airy Road, Shavertown has been charged with Driving Under the Influence. His arrest by Kingston Township Patrolman Walter Davis followed an accident at the intersec- tion of Carverton Road and Holly Street, Trucksville. A hearing for Lenahan scheduled last week before District Magistrate Earl Gregory was postponed due to inclement weather. Lenahan will be represented in Magisterial Court January 26-by Atty. Edward Geist. Cilvik not guilty Robert Cilvik, 20, of Box 245 Shawanese was found not guilty of Driving Under Suspension while under conviction of Driving Under The Influence in a hearing last week before District Magistrate Earl Gregory. Cilvik, who was represented by Atty. Joseph Yeager, was found not guilty on grounds of township non- conformance to Vehicle Code Sec- tions 6102 and 6109. Cilvik, had been charged by Dalls Township Police following an acci- dent on Main Road outside the parking lot of Offset Paperback Co. where he is employed. He pleaded guilty to a charge of Underage Consumption of Alcoholic Beveratges and was fined $50 and costs. A previous charge against his brother Edward Cilvik for Permit- ting An Unlicensed Driver to Oper- ate His Vehicle was never filed. Dallas Township Police report that “after further investigation it was determined he was not aware that John R.
