AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX
RATE FOR THE YEAR 1984
BE IT ORDAINED by the Super-
visors of Kingston Township, pur-
suant to Article VIII, Section 804.2
c) of “THE SECOND CLASS
OWNSHIP CODE", as prepared in
accordance with THE HOME RULE
CHARTER AND OPTIONAL PLANS
LAW, Act 62 of 1972 of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
effective January 1st, 1976 that:
SECTION 1: A tax be and the
same is hereby levied on all real
