During the past two weeks
Brown’s Oil took eight points in the
Bonomo Major League, outdoing the
rest of the teams. Sweet Valley
Outfitters picked up five as did G.H.
Harris. Back Mountain Sporting
Goods and Bermudas each divided
4-4 while the Beach Combers and
Charlies All Stars each won three
and lost five. The Hambos were
unable to win any for a two week 0-8
record.
Hitting high games were J. Roan
227 (575), 533; D. Purvin 562, 544; T.
Doughton 547, F. Stevens 563, K.
Orkwis 227 (535), Glen Mazer 552,
G. Mazer 227 (534), B. Varner 536,
and S. Bonomo 528.
In the Back Mountain Church
League, Shavertown B took four
from Orange A but dropped three to
Trucksville C. Lutherans picked up
three from East Dallas and three
from Orange B. Maple Grove div-
ided 2-2 with Orange B and copped
three from Carverton A while
Trucksville C took all from Carver-
ton B and only one from Shavertown
B. Dallas A managed one from
Shavertown A but shut out Orange

Dallas A and three from Carverton

In Bonomo’s Mixed League, Half-
wits blanked Kenny’s Maniacs and
took three from A Team; A Team
copped three from Halfbreeds after
dropping three to the Halfwits. Half-
breeds also dropped three to
Kenny’s Maniacs. Dale Wright's 533
was high series for both weeks. Sue
Tereska hit pins for 176 and Nancy
Ide knocked them down for 176.

basketball and varsity wrestling are
now available at the Lake-Lehman
Senior High School Athletic Office. -
Prices for wrestling tickets aré
$14 for adults and $7 for students
and, for basketball, $24 for adults
and $12 for students.
There are nine home wrestifig
matches and 15 home basketball
games.
