ently comprised of over 50 students
of seventh and eighth grades
enrolled in the instrumental music
curriculum, is working towards a
series of programs to be presented
in December. Each student receives
a weekly instructional lesson which
is supplemented by scheduled
rehearsals of the group.
This is the first year the Junior
High Band has been comprised
solely of seventh and eighth grade
members. The change was made in
order to augment needed instrumen-
tation and total membership of the
senior high marching and concert
band with freshmen who would nor-
mally be part of the junior high
grade members of the band have
supplemental membership in the
Marching Band unit.
Members of the Junior High Band
are:
