the Office of Continuing Education
at Luzerne County Community Col-
lege on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 9
a.m. to 4 p.m.
The program, which will be held
at the college’s Educational Confer-
ence Center on the main campus in
Nanticoke, is open to the public.
Joseph Richman, Ph.D., an asso-
ciate professor of psychiatry at The
Albert Einstein College of Medicine
in New York, will be the guest
lecturer for the program.
