Wilkes Employee Honored Wilkes College Food Service Director, Arthur Segrave-Daly, was hon- ored by the M. W. Wood Company of Allentown recently for his unselfish and dedicated work food service to the stu- dents and administration of the college. The M.W. Wood Company, managers of the Wilkes food service program, presented Segrave-Daly with a spe- cial Action Manager Award at the company’s annual Appreciation Night. A resident of Shaver- town, Segrave-Daly has 25 years of experience as a college food service direc- tor and has headed the Wilkes operation since 1980. He has also served as a commercial restaurant manager and as a general manager of a multi-unit restaurant facility.
