on July 18, 1983, at which time they
shall be read aloud by the Executive
Director (or his designee) for the follow-
ing: The Drilling, Casing, Grouting,
Measuring and Testing of Two (2) Wells
at the Noxen Housing Development,
PA.26-P073-003, Noxen, Pa.
A deposit of Twenty-Five Dollars
($25.00) payable to the Housing
Authority Of The County of Wyoming for
each set of Well Specifications and
Bidding Documents will be required.
The deposit will be returned to each
firm submitting a bona fide bid and
returning - the specifications in good
condition within fifteen (15) days of the
bid opening.
All bids to be in accordance with the
specifications to be obtained from the
Housing Authority Of The County of
Wyoming, Robinson Building, Route
30% unkhannock, Pennsylvania
18657.
Each bidder shall enclose a certified
check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. bond
or bid bond in the amount of ten
percent (10 percent) drawn to the order
of the Housing Authority Of The County
of Wyoming as a guarantee to keep its
offer open until the Housing Authority
accepts the same and as to the
successful bidder until the required
surety bond is furnished. The success-
ful bidder, within ten (10) days of
notification of the awarding of the
contract, shall be required to furnish a
Performance and Labor and Materials
Bond in the amount of One Hundred
percent (100 percent) of the total
contract price as a guarantee to honor
said contract.
The contract shall be awarded to the
lowest, most responsible bidder; how-
