Everyone realizes the importance of computer literacy in this day and age and to help keep up with the changing times and the needs of the upcoming college students, Luzerne County Commu- nity College has added to its approximately 53 one and two-year programs of study a new two-year asso- ciate in science degree program in Computer Sci- ence. Designed for students planning to transfer to a four-year degree program in computer science, the program is being offered for the first time in the Fall 1983 semester.
