He has conducted two radio programs: “The Young Peoples | Class of the Air” and “The Calvary Gospel Hour.’ He is presently serving in the field of Bible Teaching Evangelism, which has taken him across both Canada and the United States. Rev. Horner also conducts prophetic conferences with a large colored chart on the book of Revelation. It is alleged that Miss MacAvoy entered the premises of Calvin Miers, 3¢ North Memorial High way, Shavertown without permission. Kingston Township Patrolman Gary Beisel and Joseph Bren responded to a call from a neighboring businessman that a woman was seen sneaking into Miers’ A frame house. They arrested the suspect who was then arraigned before District Magistrate Earl Gregory. MacAvoy was remanded to Luzerne County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. District Magistrate Leonard Harvey spent the past week at Wilson College, Chambersburg attending a District Justice Continuing Education Course that is a yearly requirement for all magistrates. Along with the spring thaw and somewhat better interest rates have come plans to build three new houses in Kingston Township.
