Horlacher League
The monthly meeting of the Bob Horlacher Little
League will be held on March 23, 7:30 p.m. at the
Beaumont School. All coaches and managers are urged
to attend.
Eban Lecture Moved
The lecture by the Hon. Abba Eban, scheduled March
23 at Wilkes College, has been postponed until April 10
due to presidential elections in Israel.

Fishing Expo
A “Fishing and Boating Expo’ will be held March 23
through March 27 at the Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-
Barre. Exhibits and demonstrations include: fly tying,
rod building, how to fillet, fishing techniques, taxidermy
tips, ice fishing technigques, casting practice, fisheries
| management, fish identification, reptile exhibit and
boating information. Public is invited. Admission is free.
One-man Shows Set
9 a David Fendrick will present a one-man portrayal of
y ® Albert Einstein on March 25, and Clarence Darrow on
March 26, at Wilkes College. The performances are a
part of the Wilkes College Concert and Lecture Series.
Both begin at 8 p.m. and are open to the public at no
charge.
Spring Open House
The Trucksville Nursery School staff will conduct its
annual spring open house on Friday, March 25 from 11
am. to l pm.
This year’s theme is ‘‘Happiness is a Rainbow of
Children.” Parents are invited to bring their children to
visit the school that day. They will have an opportunity to
visit the classrooms and information on registration will
be available.

: The Disciples-of Christ of Huntsville Christian Church
f W@ (Dallas) are proud to announce their 20th annual ham
and egg supper on March 26.
This event, one of the church's most popular fund-
raisers, will begin at 4 p.m. and feature a family style
supper.
The menu includes: hickory smoked ham, eggs, home-
fried potatoes, potato buns, homemade applesauce, and
homemade pones.
Adults and children (under 12) will be served all they
can eat for $5 and $2.50, respectively, The public is
cordially invited. A limited number of tickets will be
available at the door and all proceeds go to the Church’s
building fund.
Post Slates Hunt
The Harveys Lake American Legion Post 967 will hold
its annual Easter Egg Hunt for members’ and com-
munity children on Saturday, March 26 at 10 a.m.
