The NTVFC also has specific agreements with neighboring Kunkle and Franklin = Twp. fire- fighting units, and has “backup” support from . Triton Volunteer Fire Company in Tunkhan- nock; "Mount Zion Volunteers, = Dallas, Shavertown .and Trucksville Companies in case of need. In addition, the Franklin-Northmo- reland Township Ambulance Association also has offered its sup- port to the new volunteer group. She suffered a fracture some weeks ago and her recovery is slow. Meanwhile, her grandson, . Paul Brace, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Brace of Orange, was injured in an accident at the family orchards, and was in the Intensive Care Unit at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital at press time. Miss Irma Goldsmith of Demunds is a patient in the Veterans Hospital. Ray Ramage of West Pittston was a guest soloist at the morning worship service on Sunday in Mount Zion Tom Schulze, who is a junior at Bloomsburg State College, where he is pursuing studies for a degree in political science, returned Sunday after spending the week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schulze of Orange Road, Carverton. Miss Linda Brace, a senior at Bloomsburg State College, spent last week in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with several college classmates. The group was due back for classes on Monday.
