No. 2 home on 3rd St., Wyoming. Luzerne County Controller Joseph Tirpak was toastmaster. New officers were elected and sworn in by Judge of Common Pleas Court Arthur D. Dalessan- dro. Highlight of the annual event is the naming of the “Slovak Man of the Year.” This year’s recipient was Stanley Brooks of Luzerne, a trustee of the League.
