Church, Swoyersville by
the late Rev. Joseph
Buda. Mrs. Madaya is the
former Ann Novroski,
Swoyersville. Madaya is
formerly from Plains.
Their attendants were
the late Agnes Michaels
and Edward Michaels.
The Madaya’s are.the
paents of a daughter, Mrs.
Christian Zambo, Pitt-
ston. They also have two
grandchildren, Drew and
Joseph Zambo Jr.
Madaya is a retired
miner.

were disappointed this
past weekend as the Jets
were shut out by the
Miami Dolphins by a 14-0
score. Many of them had
the Jets playing in the
Super Bowl.
This was no fault of the
Jets’ Coach Walt
Michaels as he did his
usual fine job and he con-
ducted himself well
during the interview after
the ‘game. He gave no
apologies, he said that
someone has to win and
lose just like Dallas. He
gave no excuse for his
players but some of them
are grandstanders.
