MONWEALTH OF PENNSYL-
VANIA FIXING THE TAX FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1983, BE IT
HEREBY ORDAINED AND
ENACTED.
Section 1. A tax being the same
within Dallas Borough, subject to
taxation for Borough purposes for
the year 1983 as follbws:
Tax rates for general purposes
the sumof 9 millson each dollar of
assessed valuation. Five dollars
($5.00) per capita; one percent (1)
wage tax; one percent (1) real es-
tate transfer tax; ten dollars
($1000) occupational tax. To be

Section 2. That any Ordinance or
part of Ordinance conflicting with
this Ordinance being the same is
hereby repealed, and so far as the
same affects this Ordinance.
