Geiger, 32, of 249 McGinnis Street, Plymouth, Oct. 3, shortly before noon on Route 309 at Beaumont, has been charged with homocide by motor vehicle, failure to drive at a safe speed and meeting of vehicles proceeding in the opposite direction. Charges were filed with District Justice Marion Robinson of Beaumont by State Police Trooper Daniel Kocher. Geiger was killed in the accident. They also have another daughter, Jessica, three and one- half years young. Mrs. Gross is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Muldowney of Kingston, who now have 10 grand- children. Mr. Gross is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gross, Jr., of Mount Zion. Katie Marie is the fourth grandchild for Don’s parents. Probably the happiest person in the Gross family over the new arrival is Donald Gross, Sr. of Wyoming, the great grandfather.
