They have one son, James, and three grand- sons. Mr. Major worked as carpenter foreman for A.0. Yocum and Sons. He is a past master of George M. Dallas Lodge F&AM 531. He is also a member of Caldwell Consistory and Irem Temple Shrine. Mrs. Major is a retired school teacher. She taught Sunday School at the Luzerne M.E. Church for 58 years.
