cooperator’s land in the
Red Rock area where he
had killed several deer in
the past year. He had a
favorite stand on this land
where he posted himself
and was successful in
harvesting deer. When he
came near the lucky spot,
he noticed an image of a
man dressed in blue and
bright yellow standing
and making a gesture as if
he was waving at him. He
did not want to disturb the
hunter, so he kept looking
- back and noticed that this
man kept waving at him.
He kept walking and
wishing that he could be
back at his hunting spot,
so he looked back once
more and noticed that the
man was still waving.
Wanting to be friendly, he
gave a big wave to him
and went on his way.
After several hours of
hunting, he decided to
return to his car. As he
neared his favorite stand,
he noticed the man was
still there and waving.
Upon investigation, he
saw where someone
placed a school crossing
dummy dressed in blue
and gold, waving his hand
to stop a vehicle. The
