for the future? You bet, say many of Luzerne County's leading
businesses and institutions. There is movement everywhere in the
county - from the Economic Development Council of Northeastern
Pennsylvania to the efforts of one individual, community leaders are
constantly striving to increase and develop the economic and cultural
traditions of their communities.
