of the Century III Leaders
program, which awards a

scholarships to 204 young

Association of Secondary
School Principals, and
funded by the Shell Oil
which challenges Company.
America in its third Jeffrey is the son of Mr.
Kenneth A. Grose
attended Wilkes college.
He was a veteran of World
War II. Prior to moving to
Maryland, he had been a
long time resident of
Dallas where he had dis-
tinguished himself as an
outstanding baseball
player. Later he became a
professional baseball
umpire working in the
Appalachian League. At
Church, shewas a
member of St. Anthony’s
Church. Her husband,
Fred, died in 1941.
Surviving are children;
Mrs. Rose Marie Casner,
Allentown; Mrs. Rita
Barrett, Mechanicsburg;
Mrs. Arline Sobolewski,
Wilkes-Barre, Mrs.
Dorothy Fanuceci, with
whome she resided in
Falls Church; son, Carl,
Falls Church; 16 grand-
children.

Army veteran of World
