Walcyak of RD 1 Harveys Lake allegedly hit pedestrian Joseph Malak of Maple St.,:Kingston, Saturday, Aug. 29. According to the Kingston Township Police a witness to the accident said that Malak, wearing dark clothing, walked onto a dark section of the roadway. Walcyak has not been been charged with a crime. Rose bushes stolen Rave’s Nursery on Rte. 309 was the scene of a retail theft last Wednesday at 12:20 p.m. as six rose bushes and two wooden barrels were reported missing. * suspects, Mike Timek and Robert S.
