The Right Rev. Lloyd E.
Gressle, Bishop of the
Episcopal Diocese of
Bethlehem, will officiate
at ja Service of Affir-
mation and celebrate the
Eucharist on Sunday,
March 29, 10 a.m., at the
Prince of Peace Church.
A reception and coffee
hour will follow the ser-
vice in the parish house
for the bishop and the
newly-confirmed = mem-
bers.
The Vestry will meet on
Sunday, April 5 at 10:15
a.m. in the parish house.
The teenagers are
planning a cafeteria style
bar-b-que in the parish
house on April 26. Serving
will be from 11:30 a.m. to
1:30 p.m. Tickets should
be purchased in advance
from members of the
Episcopal Young Chur-
chmen.
The GFWC Dallas Jr.
‘Woman’s Club recently
held their awards
ceremony for the club’s
1981 Arts Festival at the
Shavertown Methodist
Church: hall. Students
from the Dallas Area
received recognition for
their participation in art,
photography, sewing,
drama, poetry and prose
competitions.
