A certified check or bank draft,
payable to the order of the
Redevelopment Authority of the City

Government Bonds (at par value), or
a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by

five percent (5 ) of the total of Bid
for site preparation shall be sub-
mitted with each bid.
Attention is called to the fact that
not less than the minimum salaries
