Bernard A. Milbrodt, 77,
RD 4, Dallas, died Dec. 23
in General Hospital.
Born in Ashley, March
30, 1899, he resided in New
Jersey for 10 years and
resided in Dallas for the
past 30 years. Milbrodt
was a member of Our Lady
of Victory Church, Har-
veys Lake. He was em-
ployed by Proctor Motor
Company, Dover, N.J. for
five years and then was
self-employed as a car-
penter until his retirement
two years ago.
Surviving are a son,
Bernard Floyd Milbrodt,
Lehman; daughters, Miss
Alberta, - Outlet; Mrs.
Helen Dacar, Kimbolton,
Ohio; Mrs. Martine
Labruzzo, Rockway, N.J.;
brother, John, Harveys
Lake; sister, Mrs. Martha
Ceaser, Wilkes Barre;
seven grandchildren; three
great grandchildren.
Funeral was Monday

was in St. Stephen's
Cemetery, Huntsville.
The Assembly of God
Church, Harveys Lake will
host the Gospel Truth on
Dec. 31, beginning at 10:00
p.m. This group is an
evangelistic group of
‘“‘born-again’’ believers
who spread the gospel in
music and song. They have
appeared in concert in
churches of many
denominations, have held
numerous revival services,
and enjoy sharing the
Gospel with others.
The four members have
been traveling together as
a group for three years.
Wayne Elston, the
narrator, is a graduate of
Northeastern Bible
College. He plays bass
guitar and sings tenor. His
wife, Dianne, sings alto and
finds joy in ministering at
every service.
GEORGE E. RYMAN
George E. Ryman, 86, of
Binghamton, N.Y. for-
merly of East Dallas, died
Dec. 21 in Our Lady of
Lourdes Hospital,
Binghamton.
Ryman was a member of
the Free Methodist Church
of Vestal. His first wife,
Ethel, died in 1968.
Surviving are his widow,
the former Mildred James;
daughters, Mrs. George
Moore, Wyoming; Mrs.
James A. Carroll, Johnson
City, N.Y.; Mrs. Eugene
Henson, Newark Valley,
N.Y.; brother, Lawrence
B. Ryman, St. Helena,
Calif; four grandchildren;
four great grandchildren.
Funeral was Dec. 24 with
Rev. Louis Payne, of-
ficiating, assisted by Rev.
Samuel F. Shreffler 2nd.

The former Minnie
Schadel, she was born May
19, 1890, in Germany and
resided most of her life in
Wilkes-Barre and later
resided at Harveys Lake
before moving to Florida
seven years ago. Mrs.
Deets was a member of
Messiah Lutheran Church,
Wilkes-Barre. Her
husband, Charles L., died
in 1954.
Surviving are a son,
William C., Dania, Fla.;
one granddaughter; two
great-grandsons; brothers,
Carl and Harry Schadel,
Suffolk, Va.; sisters, Mrs.

Hilda Walsh, 87, died in
Nesbitt Memorial Hospital,
Tuesday, Dec. 21. She was
born in Centermoreland,
March 2, 1889 and resided
with her daughter, Mrs.
Fiana Priest of 169
Davenport St., Dallas.
She married the late
Timothy Walsh in 1911 at
West Pittston. He died in
1932 from a mine accident.
Surviving = are
daughters and one son,
Mrs. Fiana Priest of
Dallas, Mrs. Marion
Williams of Allentown and
George (Bob) Walsh of Bay
Shore, L.I.; N.¥. Also six
grandchildren and three
great grandchildren.
Funeral was held
December 23, with a mass
of blessing at the Blessed
Sacrament RCC, Cen-
termoreland.
Interment was in South
Eatonville Cemetery.

The professional ap-
proval adds Misericordia
to the ranks of some 15
other colleges and

provides individual and
group psychotherapy at the

Center and is a popular

the Wyoming Valley with a
