Sunday, Dec. 28 will be
Student Recognition Day
on the Lehman Charge with
participating. The = junior
choir will be joining the
senior choir at Lehman to
sing a special anthem for
college students the changing year.
Dallas UM setsservice
A candlelight com- Special music by the
munion service will be held choirs under the direction
at 7:30 p.m. Christmas Eve of Harold Hoover, organist,
at the Dallas United will accompany the ser-
vice.

The Idetown Choir will
rehearse this week on
Saturday at noon.
The Lehman Choir will
have it’s Christmas Party
at the Santo’s on Tuesday

MRS. S.R. SCHOOLEY
Mrs. Sherman R.
Schooley, 72, of
LeRaysville, formerly of
Shavertown and Dallas,
died Dec. 14 in Memorial
Hospital, Towanda.
Wilkes-Barre, she was a
registered nurse and
formerly served as
supervisor of central
supply at Mercy Hospital,
Wilkes-Barre. Mrs.
Schooley resided in
LeRaysville since May.
She was a member of
Williams, LeRaysville;
brothers, Darwin Farr,
Larksville; Clarence Farr,
Wilkes-Barre; six grand-
children.
Funeral and committal
services were held Dec. 17
for Joy Class
The regular monthly
Kunkle United Methodist
Church was held at the
home of Jo Carol Buckley
with Sally Dodson, co-
hostess Dec. 9.
Officers elected for 1976
were: president, Elsie
Rauch; vice president, Dot
Dodson; secretary, Lillian
Glova; corresponding
secretary, Sylvia Brace;
treasurer, Elva Elston and
publicity, Jane Elston.
