director
Wyoming Seminary
president Dr. Wallace F.
Stettler has announced that
the Kingston prep school
the 1975-76 school year. She
is Ann Tomlinson Finnell,
of Princeton, N.J.
Miss Finnell is a grad-
uate of Princeton High
School and of Syracuse
University's College of
Visual and Performing
Arts. A holder of a BFA
degree in art education,
she “ attended Brook-
lyn's Fatt Institute.
Miss Finnell's student
teaching and educational
experience includes work
in photography, dramatic
lighting and set building, in
addition to the basic arts.
She attended the Maine
Photographic ~~ Workshop
during the summer of 1974.
A dean's list student dur-
ing her entire stay at Syra-
cuse, Miss Finnell created
a sequence for a children’s
television show originating
from Syracuse and served
as chairman of a local
children’s art exhibit.

second day summer school
session, running from
Monday, July 21 to Friday,
August 22.
According to Meyers,
registration for the five-
week courses will be held
on Thursday and Friday,
July 17 and 18, from 8:30
a.m. to 8 p.m., in the lower
level of Weckesser Hall,
170 South Franklin Street.
Courses include: ac-
counting, biology. business
administration, chemistry,
economics, engineering,
English. environmental
science, foreign languages,
history, mathematics,
music, nursing, philo-
sophy-religious studies,
political science, psycho-
logy, reading and
sociology.
Dallas Rotarisn will view
a demonstration of home
and business security
systems during their
meeting Thursday, July 31.
The system to be displayed
is designed to guard
property from fires and
forced entry by intruders.
At the club’s July 17
meeting, Rotarians voted
ungnimously to back the
nomination of ‘Dr. Lester
Jordan as‘‘a director of
Rotary International for
1976-77. Jordan recently
returned from the 66th
annual convention of
Rotary International in
Montreal, Quebec, and
reported to club members

Schall, brother of the bride

A reception immediately
following the ceremony
was held at Castle Inn,
Dallas, Pa.

Mrs. Simington is a
graduate of Lake-Lehman

University of Scranton.
Mr. Simington is a
graduate of Somerville
High School, Somerville,
New Jersey, and Kean
College, Union, New
Jersey.
The couple will reside in
South Plainfield, New
Jersey.
The July meeting of the
Back Mountain Library
board of directors was
held. Dr. Craig Aicher
presided. Reports were
given by chairmen of the
various committees.
It was reported a record
number of 122 children are
enrolled in the summer
reading program ‘‘Gone
Readin’ ''. Total books for

to PHIC
The Pennsylvania
Foundation for Indepen-
dent Colleges. Inc., which
includes College Miseri-
cordia, recently received a
$3.000 check from the In-
ternational Harvester
Foundation.
This year's gift raises
total financial support to
PFIC by the International
Harvester Foundation to
$79,500 since 1956. The
support is on behalf of [H's
truck. agricultural, indus-
trial and construction
equipment operations in
Pennsylvania.
