Section 8. Abatement of §}
Nuisances. In the event any person fi:

Section9. Penalty for Violation.
Any person violating the terms of
this Ordinance shall be subject to a
fine not in excess of Three Hundred
($300.00) Dollars and costs of
prosecution for each and every
violation, which fine and costs may
be in addition to other remedies
hereunder. Provided, each day's
continuance of a violation of any of
the provisions of this Ordinance
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 10. Severability. If any of
the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be declared to be invalid, all of
the other provisions hereof shall
remain in force and shall no bef.
