Hudak, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony W. Hudak, West Overbrook Avenue, Dallas, became the bride of R. Daniel Parsons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Parsons, Main Street, Dallas, at a recent double ring ceremony in St. Theresa’s Church, Shavertown. The Rev. Joseph Sammons officiated at the Nuptial Mass. The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore a formal gown of silk organza and hand clipped Chantilly lace with high fitted neckline and back yoke of lace. It featured a bow at the back waistline, bishop sleeves, empire A-line silhouette and an attached chapel train edged in lace. Her bouffant veil of silk illusion was arranged on a lace Camelot cap accented with seed pearls. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses and carnations with long white streamers. The bride placed a bouquet of red roses before the statue of St. Therese, her patron saint. Joan Lawson was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. John Berti, and Carol A. Hudak, sisters of the bride. Geralyn Hudak, sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. The maid of honor and bridesmaids selected identical gowns of silk chiffon with apricot skirts and white bodices in mid-Victorian style with fluted necklines and Gibson Girl sleeves. The empire bodices were accented with Venice lace in apricot and white and in- terwoven with velvet ribbon. They wore matching camelot caps with shoulder length veils and matching trim. The junior bridesmaid wore a matching headband with rhinestone and velvet trim. They carried colonial bouquets of apricot and white carnations with apricot and white streamers. John Carey was the bridegroom’s best man. Ushers were Ronald Grant, Andrew R. Denmon Jr., and Robert Eip- per, nephew of the groom. Mother of the bride selected a pink A-line dress with long lace sleeves. She wore silver ac- cessories and a corsage of pink carnations with silver ribbon. The bridegroom’s mother wore a two-piece blue dress with long sleeves trimmed in white. She wore matching accessories and a corsage of yellow carnations with yellow ribbon. Following a cocktail hour and dinner at the VFW, Kingston, the couple left on a wedding trip to Niagara Falls and Canada. The bride is a graduate of Dallas Senior High School and is employed by her father at Grounds Service Pools, Dallas. Mr. Parsons attended Dallas "High School and served with the armed forces in Vietnam. He is employed at Valley Paperback Co., Dallas. The couple will reside at 501 Main St., Dallas. The bride was honored by her sisters at a pre-nuptial shower at her home.
